Monthly Meeting Notice

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE BOARD OF GARRETT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2008.

 The Board of County Commissioners for Garrett County, Maryland will be in session for the transaction of all public business that may properly come before the Board on the following dates unless otherwise noted by public notice:

                                    DECEMBER 9, 2008

                                    DECEMBER 23, 2008

                                   

All persons requesting to meet with the Board should schedule a time by the end of business hours on the Friday directly preceding the Tuesday meeting.  It is encouraged that all interested persons who have an issue to bring before the Board schedule a time.  However, the Public Meeting is open and specific issues directed to the Board will be addressed at an accessible time.

The Board may conduct a Work Session on each Thursday to review administrative and executive issues that may necessitate action during a Public Meeting on each Tuesday.

This Notice is consistent with Chapter 30.03 of the Code of Garrett County, Maryland.
