Public Safety Director: Brad Frantz

Paramedic :Jon Hamilton

Jon Hamilton has been a Firefighter/Paramedic since 1996. He is associated with Accident Volunteer Fire Deparment, Northern Rescue Squad, and he is a past paid Firefighter/Paramedic with the Cumberland Fire Department. Jon is a past flight mechanic for the United States Coast Guard. He also has an associate degree in Paramedic Science.

Paramedic: Wayne Tiemersma

Wayne has been a registered paramedic since 2000 and is active with Northern Garrett Rescue Squad. He is a CPR, BTLS and ALS Support Instructor. He also runs with Valley Medical Transport.

Paramedic: Walter Lee

Walt transferred from the Division of Communications to Emergency Services in 2009. He began his career as a 9-1-1 disptacher in the early '90s and then returning in 2002. In addition to being an APCO certified EMD provider, Walt is a paramedic with Southern Garrett Rescue and an athletic trainer at Southern High School.

Paramedic: Matt Krause

Matt Krause has been a Firefighter/EMT/Diver since 2000. He transferred to Emergency Services after having been employed at the Garrett County airport. Matt is a past EMS Officer, and Lieutenant of the Deep Creek Volunteer Fire Department. He is also associated with Montgomery County Fire Department.

EMT: Mike Hoover

Mike Hoover has been a Firefighter/EMT since 1995 and diver since 2009. Mike has been associated with Friendsville VFD, Oakland VFD and Northern Garrett Rescue Squad. He is the current Deputy Chief for Friendsville Fire Department

EMT: Vicki Frazee

Vicki Frazee has been an EMT since 2007, she has been affiliated with Northern Garrett Rescue Squad for since 2005. She is very active in numerous committees with Northern Rescue.
