Grading Permit Information

A Grading Permit Application is required for any earth disturbance: 5000 square feet and over, or 100 cubic yards and over, and/or within 100 ft. of a stream or body of water. Grading Permit Applications must be legibly filled out completely with all questions answered submitted with and accompaning plans. All review fees must be paid before the application will be reviewed.
