Policies

The Garrett County Sanitary District, Inc. (the “District”), is now governed by the Board of County Commissioners for Garrett County, Maryland (the “County”). The County, in governing the business and affairs of the District, seeks to establish and implement policies and procedures (the “Policies”) to apply to water and sewer customers of the District throughout the County. In order to inform the water and sewer customers of the District about such things as rates, connection fees, and service, the County has determined that it will establish Policies to address these issues. The County reserves the right to amend or change the Policies, at any time and from time to time, in order to adequately address the business and affairs of the District consistent with the public interest.
