Garrett Open / Recovery Race to be held at Jennings Randolph Lake on Sept. 22, 2012

Last Updated on Aug 31, 2012 at 11:16am | Department of Technology & Communications
The GO / RR changes venue each year in order to feature different trails in Garrett County. The 4
mile run features a looped course over hiking trails and Army Corps of Engineers roads. The stroll is
entirely on hard surface roads. Both events cross the Jennings Randolph Lake Dam from Maryland
into West Virginia, and circle the release tower that is normally closed to civilians. Registration is at
the Maryland Overlook of Jennings Randolph Lake. A detailed map is available on the Garrett Trails
website: www.garretttrails.com
