2023-2027 Economic Development Strategic Plan Available for Public Comment

The final draft version of the 2023-2027 Garrett County Economic Development Strategic Plan is now available for public comment.

This plan was written in conjunction with the Garrett County community - residents, business owners, industry leaders, and municipal and county government leaders and staff.

Focus areas in the plan include:

Workforce Development
Affordable Workforce Housing
Strengthening the County's Economic Base

Public comment will be taken until close of business (4:30 PM) on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, via email at business@garrettcounty.org.
