Garrett County Public Utilities Issues Notice of Fire Hydrant Flushing

The Garrett County Department of Public Utilities will be flushing fire hydrants according to the schedule listed below, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.:

Friendsville May 6 - 10, 2019
Keyser's Ridge May 6 - 10- 2019
Thayerville & McHenry May 6-10, 2019
McHenry May 13 - 17, 2019

Please check your hot and cold water for discoloration before doing laundry or dishes. Allow the water to run until clear if discolored.
