At its public meeting on May 16, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners for Garrett County, Maryland presented a proclamation to Jessie Railey and Mike Fratz of Railey Design, LLC, recognizing and celebrating the business's 10th anniversary. 

Founded in 2008, the Railey Family, following a 50-year legacy of serial entrepreneurship and investment in our community, opened this business to serve the interior design and furnishing needs of our community and the surrounding region.
