Two Solar Co-Op Opportunities offered in Garrett County!

Join Solar United Neighbors for the 2nd Round of the Mountain Maryland Solar Co-Op Information Session:

Thursday, March 1, 2018
7:00 pm
Garrett Information Enterprise Center
Room 111

Any citizen interested in adding solar to their energy mix is encouraged to attend an informational session about the newly forming Mountain Maryland Solar Co-Op.

Neighbors across Western Maryland can join a solar co-op to save money and make going solar easier while building a network of solar supporters.

Local non-profit, Solar United Neighbors or Maryland (formerly MD SUN) has helped organize half a dozen solar co-ops in Maryland in the last two years. Benefits of joining a solar co-op include:
  • Save up to 20% off the cost of going solar
  • Get help from the co-op throughout the process
  • Size your system to fit your needs and budget

A solar open house will be hosted by a participant who went solar with Solar United Neighbors through the first round of the Mountain Maryland Solar Co-op. Come see a solar installation, and chat about what it's like to go solar through one of our solar co-ops. Details for this event are below.
Saturday, March 17th
