Garrett County Government seeks applications to fill current positions for:
 
Legal Assistant– Full Time
State’s Attorney Office
 

The Legal Assistant will provide administrative services to the State’s Attorney and act as the Victim/Witness Coordinator, responsible for addressing the needs and concerns of victims and witnesses in specified cases.  The position requires considerable familiarity with the law enforcement, judicial and human services systems.

Starting Salary $35,792
 
Garrett County Sheriff's Department - Correctional Officer
Starting Salary $38,292 with a sign on bonus $1,000 bonus pay upon hire.  $1,000 bonus paid upon completion of probationary period.  Additional salary increase for lateral transfers for Maryland Certified Correctional Officer
