Garrett County Department of Emergency Services
Basic Life Support Provider - Part Time

$15.90 an hour

Advance Life Support Provider - Part Time
ALS I - $18.55 an hour
ALS II - $20.14 an hour
Garrett County Department of Public Works - Roads Division
Road Worker – Contractual*

$15.00 an hour
CDL required
*Contractual Position - Working 40 hours per week.  Eligible for Health Insurance only. 
Garrett County Department of Public Works - Facilities & Maintenance Division
Starting Pay $13.75/hour
Evening Hours 4:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.
Garrett County Sheriff's Department 

Animal Shelter Assistant
Hourly Pay Range $13.00 - $14.00

Minimum Requirements

*Additional pay for lateral transfers.  Garrett County Sheriff's Department positions are eligible for the County benefit package including health and life insurance, paid leave, and retirement pension. $1,000 bonus upon hire and an additional $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of probationary period
