Press Conference to be Held Thursday

The Board of Garrett County Commissioners will conduct a Press Conference on Thursday, November 8, at 9:00 AM in the Frederick A. Thayer Court House, to provide a status update and overview of the State of Emergency the County has experienced since October 30. Emergency Management Coordinator Brad Frantz will facilitate the session which will include agencies, parties and persons who collectively participated in the recovery and reporting of effects of Hurricane Sandy. Due to the importance of this public informational session the Board’s Public Meeting originally scheduled for this date will be canceled.
