The Garrett County Department of Planning and Land Management has created 5 web maps for public use using the County's Geographic Information System (GIS) data. The maps are linked together using a Navigation control that allows the user to move from one map to another while keeping the same extent. The available maps are Planning and Zoning, Measurement, Flood Hazard, Sensitive Areas, and a Printable Map. More information and a landing page for the maps can be found at http://gis.garrettcounty.org. A live demo of the maps will be presented at the Public Meeting on Monday, February 2, 2015.
