Please be advised that you will receive an email confirmation from the Purchasing Department within twenty-four (24) hours acknowledging that you have downloaded a copy of a particular Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal and have been added to the Bidder's List. If you have not received this email confirmation, please contact the Purchasing Department at (301) 334-5003 to confirm that you have been added to the Bidder's List for that particular Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal.
