The Roads Division advises that Savage River Road will be temporarily closed from the hours of 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2016.  This closure is necessary due to road maintenance work.  The public is advised that the closure location will be from Dry Run Road to the Route 135 intersection.  Work will take place approximately 2/10 mile below the breast of the Savage River dam.  Questions relative to this closure may be directed to the Grantsville Roads Garage at 301-895-5631.
