Any registered voter may vote by mail in ballot. To receive an mail in ballot, the voter must first apply by one of the following ways:
1) Online if you have a Maryland’s driver’s license or MVA-issued ID card: https://voterservices.elections.maryland.gov/OnlineVoterRegistration/InstructionsStep1
2) Print; fill out, sign and mail to the Garrett County Board of Elections:

3) Call the Garrett County Board of Elections at 301-334-6985
