All citizens of Garrett County may be selected as jurors to serve on any of the following panels.
- March Grand Jury
Serves for two days in March
Subject to recall for the next six months - but recall rarely happens - September Grand Jury
Serves for two days in September
Subject to recall for the next months - but recall rarely happens - March Trial Jury
Begins in March and ends in June - June Trial Jury
Begins in June and ends in September - September Trial Jury
Begins in September and ends in December - December Trial Jury
Begins in December and ends in March
Garrett County Circuit Court does not have jury trials every day. Jurors must check website and/or call the night before every scheduled trial for updates. Dates can be added at any time so please check closely.
